About The Position

Healing Haven is a state-of-the-art behavioral clinic supporting children with autism and their families. Our renovated school-based clinic in Farmington Hills serves children up to age 8 and features spacious classrooms, therapy rooms, and outdoor play areas designed for learning and growth. We are seeking energetic, dependable individuals to provide one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children improve communication, social, play, and daily living skills. Comprehensive training is provided, and Behavior Technicians receive consistent on-site supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
Professional references
Reliable transportation and clean criminal history
Ability to walk, run, lift, squat, bend, and push/pull up to 30 lbs as needed
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Teach communication, social, motor, play, and daily living (ADL) skills
Maintain a structured, engaging therapy environment
Build strong, professional relationships with clients and families
Collect data and document progress
Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams
Maintain RBT certification and QBS Safety-Care training
