About The Position

This is an entry point into a meaningful career as a Behavior Technician. The role offers hands-on training, ongoing support, and clear pathways for growth in ABA, education, and clinical fields. The position is part-time, with block schedules (8am-12pm / 12pm-4pm), and there is potential to transition to full-time hours after 90 days. The work is performed in a center-based setting, focusing on implementing ABA programming with assigned 1:1 patients.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience working in a Behavior Technician, Early Learning, Child Care or related setting
• High school diploma required
• Willingness to learn and grow

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ABA/special needs preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programming with an assigned 1:1 patient
• Support behavior intervention plans
• Assist with ADLs, including toileting and mealtimes
• Help keep patients engaged, supported, and progressing
