Our Behavioral Therapists use the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to work with children with Autism and related developmental disabilities. We provide support in homes, clinics, and schools-wherever it's needed most. In this role, you'll be doing one-on-one sessions to help implement behavior plans, track progress with electronic data, support parents through training, and team up with other professionals. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including full-time and part-time hours
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience working with children

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Assist BCBAs in training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of STEPS, LLC.
