Behavior technicians work directly with adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, to increase their quality of life by reducing challenging behaviors using Applied Behavior Analysis. Technicians work 1:1 or in small groups while following structured behavior intervention plans and work in homes, day program, community and clinical settings under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
