About The Position

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work a part-time schedule one-on-one with children with autism, using ABA therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence. No prior experience is required, and paid training is provided. Most candidates hear back within 24 hours. This role is part of Total Spectrum, which is a part of LEARN Behavioral, a network of ABA providers committed to nurturing the unique potential of children with autism and special needs nationwide. Requirements

At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass a background check
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation
