Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Required to complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course.
• Candidates should be willing to commit at least 6 months to support client progress.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish proficiency preferred helpful for communicating with Spanish-speaking clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
