Requirements
- 1+ year of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Experience in early intervention (ages 2–6)
- Current CPR certification (preferred)
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- A passion for helping children grow and succeed
- Reliable transportation to client homes in Akron
- Fluency in Nepali and willingness to translate as needed
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with a child in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans
- Teach communication, daily living, and social skills
- Collect data and collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs
- Support families through parent training and consistent communication
- Translate and support the family in their native language when appropriate
