About The Position

Are you passionate about igniting positive change in the lives of children and families? Step into the spotlight as a Behavior Technician (BT) at May Institute! As a BT at our Randolph Center, you’ll provide one-on-one, evidence-based ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills. You’ll implement individualized behavior support plans (BSPs) and assist in reducing challenging behaviors. You’ll collect data, track progress, and collaborate with supervisors (BCBAs) to ensure effective treatment. Requirements

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience, paired with reliable transportation (travel is required)
  • prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
  • communication and interpersonal skills
  • Seamlessly transition between working independently and collaborating within a team, ensuring collective success.
  • Embrace a thirst for knowledge and a passion for implementing evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA), driving continuous improvement and innovation.
