About The Position

At Little Stars Therapy Services (LSTS), founded in 2018, the mission is to empower children with autism and developmental differences by providing evidence-based, engaging, and family-centered Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, parent consultation, and community outreach in the Wichita area. The company aims to help every child shine their brightest and is looking for compassionate, driven individuals to join their team as Behavior Technicians to bring meaningful change to the lives of the children and families they serve.

Requirements

A genuine passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to excellence.
Able to build positive relationships with peers, supervisors, and families.
Capable of staying calm and compassionate in challenging moments.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in active movement throughout the day (sitting, standing, walking, running, bending).
Completion of the 40-Hour Behavior Technician Course Certification and Diploma and/or Transcripts prior to your start date.

Responsibilities

Deliver individualized instruction and behavioral support in clinic, home, and community settings.
Help children develop essential life skills, including communication, socialization, play, toilet training, and fine/gross motor abilities.
Accurately track and report client progress toward behavioral goals using proven ABA techniques.
Partner with fellow technicians and clinical supervisors to ensure high-quality, consistent care for every client.
Complete a paid, two-week comprehensive training program designed to equip you for success.
