About The Position

This is an entry point into a meaningful career as a Behavior Technician, offering hands-on training, ongoing support, and clear pathways for growth in ABA, education, and clinical roles. The position involves implementing ABA programming with assigned 1:1 patients, supporting behavior intervention plans, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including toileting and mealtimes, and helping to keep patients engaged, supported, and progressing in a center-based setting. There is potential to transition to full-time hours after 90 days.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience working in a Behavior Technician, Early Learning, Child Care or related setting
• High school diploma required
• Willingness to learn and grow

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ABA/special needs preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programming with an assigned 1:1 patient
