About The Position

Brighter Tomorrow Behavioral Services is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technician in Columbia, NJ. The hours are in the afternoon, part time, Mon-Tue-Wed 3p - 5p, and Sat 11a-2:30p for an adult female If you’ve worked in education, or as a paraprofessional and are looking for a meaningful career path with room to grow, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be at least 18 years old
A passion for helping others and a desire to learn
Someone that has worked with older adults (this client is 20 years old)

Nice To Haves

Degree in psychology, education, or a related field
Prior experience in ABA, childcare, teaching, or working with older adults with special needs
Completion of a 40-hour RBT training (we can help with this!)
Willingness to complete and maintain RBT certification

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with clients in their homes.
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA
Collect and record data on client progress
Communicate with supervising BCBAs and provide updates to families
Foster growth, independence, and meaningful progress in the lives of the children we serve
