About The Position

We are looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) who is passionate about helping children thrive and wants to be part of a supportive, mission-driven ABA team. Role Summary: As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA. Your work directly contributes to meaningful skill development and improved quality of life for the families we serve. What Success Looks Like in This Role: Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and families Consistently implementing behavior intervention plans with accuracy and care Actively supporting client progress and celebrating small wins Communicating clearly with supervisors and collaborating with the clinical team Demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and reliability in all interactions Collecting accurate data and writing thoughtful session notes that help the team see the full picture of each child’s growth and progress How This Role Fits into Our Organization: Behavior Technicians are the heart of our clinical services. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow treatment plans and accept feedback
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned cases
  • RBT certification or willingness to obtain after 6 months (training and support provided)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
  • Collect accurate data and document client progress during sessions
  • Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies consistently
  • Communicate session updates and observations to supervisors and caregivers
  • Maintain ethical, professional, and client-centered care at all times
