As a Behavior Technician within the Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) program, you will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role involves supporting clinicians and helping children and their families learn new skills and techniques through effective therapy for autism. You will also be responsible for effectively communicating and developing professional relationships with teammates, families, and patients.
