Founded in 2018, Little Stars Therapy Services (LSTS) is a trusted provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, parent consultation, and community outreach in the Wichita area. As a Behavior Technician, you will be passionate about empowering children with autism and developmental differences, delivering individualized instruction and behavioral support to help them develop essential life skills.

Requirements

A genuine passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to excellence.
Able to build positive relationships with peers, supervisors, and families.
Capable of staying calm and compassionate in challenging moments.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in active movement throughout the day (sitting, standing, walking, running, bending).
Completion of the 40-Hour Behavior Technician Course Certification and Diploma and/or Transcripts prior to your start date.

Responsibilities

Deliver individualized instruction and behavioral support in clinic, home, and community settings.
Help children develop essential life skills, including communication, socialization, play, toilet training, and fine/gross motor abilities.
Accurately track and report client progress toward behavioral goals using proven ABA techniques.
Partner with fellow technicians and clinical supervisors to ensure high-quality, consistent care for every client.
Complete a paid, two-week comprehensive training program designed to equip you for success.
