About The Position

SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Oberlin, OH. Why Join Us? Your Role: Work 1:1 with children using individualized ABA treatment plans Teach communication, daily living, and social skills Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs Support families through parent training and consistent communication Work Environment - This job operates in a client's home environment. Employees must feel comfortable going into client homes and neighborhoods within the assigned territory. To protect our clients and their families, this position requires a background check. Successful candidates will receive a conditional offer of employment, with a final confirmation to start pending the satisfactory results of the screening.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• A passion for helping children grow and succeed
• Reliable transportation to client homes in Oberlin, OH
