Behavior Technician BT Work With Kids
About The Position

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you’ll help children achieve life-changing milestones—like saying “I love you” for the first time. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you’ll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors. The ages are from 2-14 years old. No experience required – we provide paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Center-based – you have the support of and connection with other teammates and supervisory staff onsite.
Requirements
- 18+ years old required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong work ethic
- Comfortable playing with children
- Full-time availability (Monday–Friday)
- Occasional Saturday availability for make-up sessions
Benefits
- No RBT? $16.00 to $17.00
- Sign On Bonus $750.
- Obtained your RBT? Start at $16.00 for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $20.00 with progressions into Advanced ARBT
