About The Position

As a Behavior Technician within Ivy Rehab's Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) program, you will work under the direction of a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include assisting with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions. You will support clinicians in helping children and their families learn new skills and techniques through therapy effective for autism. The role requires effective communication and the development of professional relationships with teammates, families, and patients. Requirements

  • Suggested 1-year experience in a therapy facility or related field and/or a student enrolled in a therapy curriculum program
  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or the desire to obtain certification through additional training and supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload
  • Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience
  • Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations

Responsibilities
