As a Behavior Technician within Ivy Rehab's Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) program, you will work under the direction of a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include assisting with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions. You will support clinicians in helping children and their families learn new skills and techniques through therapy effective for autism. The role requires effective communication and the development of professional relationships with teammates, families, and patients.
