Join Northway Academy in Elk River as a Behavior Technician, where you’ll provide 1:1 center-based ABA therapy to children with Autism and related condition!. In this hands-on role, you’ll help kids develop meaningful skills—like communication, emotional regulation, daily routines, and social interaction. You’ll be part of a supportive, mission-driven team focused on helping each child grow, thrive, and reach their potential!

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor’s OR Master's degree in a related mental health field (e.g. psychology, special education, social work, etc.)
• Associate’s degree obtained in a related field + 2,000 hours of supervised experience (e.g. equivalent to 2 years full time experience in a role such as DSP, PCA, HHA, CNA, Paraprofessional Behavior Technician)
• High school diploma (or GED) + 4,000 hours of supervised experience (e.g. equivalent to 2 years full time experience in a role such as DSP, PCA, HHA, CNA, Paraprofessional Behavior Technician)
• Fluent in a non-English language or certified by a tribal nation
