ABOUT MINDCOLOR: Mindcolor Autism was founded in 2019 with the goal of providing compassionate, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to families impacted by autism. We take pride in the quality, not quantity, of our service, measured through the success of our families, children, and team. ROLE: Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are the most vital clinical members who deliver 1:1 treatment for our clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). RBTs use ABA techniques to teach a variety of skills such as functional communication, social skills, coping strategies, and many more!
