Assist in delivering behavior-analytic services and practice under the direction and close supervision of the district’s Behavior Analyst. Implement various data collection procedures (continuous/discontinuous/permanent product measurement procedures), enter data, and update graphs. Generate objective session notes by describing what occurred during the sessions, in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory, and workplace requirements. Assist with individualized and functional assessment procedures. Assist with implementation of interventions developed by Behavior Analyst. Implement crisis/emergency procedures according to protocol. Effectively communicate with a supervisor in an ongoing manner. Actively seek direction from the supervisor in a timely manner. Communicate with the team (e.g., teachers, administrators, family) as authorized. Maintain professional boundaries (e.g., avoid dual relationships, conflicts of interest, social media contacts).
