If you are looking to make an impact through a meaningful and rewarding career, we are currently seeking talented, creative, and committed people who share our values of Challenging the Status Quo, Building Community, Creating Purpose, and Ensuring Inclusion by fostering individuals’ development, well-being, and growth. Collective ABA has been proudly serving the community for one year, and in that time we’ve built a collaborative, supportive, and passionate team culture. We are a small but growing group of professionals who genuinely enjoy working together, celebrate each other’s strengths, and care deeply about the children and families we serve. We specialize in providing high-quality, center-based ABA services to children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our clinic values teamwork, communication, and a shared commitment to progress and compassion. You’ll join a community where everyone—from BCBAs to technicians—supports each other, shares ideas, and contributes to a warm, positive environment. Job purpose: Behavior Technicians work directly with clients to implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. This role includes providing 1:1 instruction, facilitating social skills groups, practicing daily living skills, and helping clients meet meaningful behavioral and developmental goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about helping children learn, grow, and reach their fullest potential—while being part of a clinic that truly values its team. Schedule: We are looking for a team member who can work part time hours (between the hours of 3:30-7:30 Monday through Friday) to serve individuals who come for services after school. There is also the opportunity for increased hours during the summer when many of our individuals come to us full time rather than extended school year (Typically 9-4). Qualifications: We will train you! While prior experience in ABA or relevant coursework is certainly a plus, it is not a requirement to thrive in this role. What we value most is a genuine passion for supporting children, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support, and we believe that dedicated, enthusiastic individuals can grow into exceptional Behavior Technicians—regardless of their background.
