About The Position

This role is an excellent entry point-or next step -for anyone interested in building a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As a Behavior Technician, you'll work hands-on with children and their families to deliver personalized ABA programs that support growth and learning. Services may occur in the client's home or out in the community, depending on what the child needs. Most shifts run Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and scheduling can be adjusted to fit your availability. Compensation ranges from $20 to $27 per hour, based on your background and skill level. Applicants fluent in Spanish qualify for an enhanced pay rate. Behavior Technicians play a vital role in helping children build communication abilities, social skills, and independence within daily routines. You'll use research-supported teaching methods to help clients learn new behaviors while reducing those that interfere with safety or autonomy. Individuals who have studied psychology, education, social services, or similar areas are strongly encouraged to apply. Requirements
