The Behavior Support Technician serves as a bridge between direct service and clinical leadership. This role is responsible for providing coaching and mentorship to Learning Support Specialists (formerly Behavior Technicians) around client behavior support needs, writing and maintaining Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), reviewing and analyzing behavior data, and collaborating closely with Case Managers to drive effective, responsive intervention strategies. You are the on-the-ground coach and data expert who helps the team deliver excellence.
