Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students and graduates in related fields encouraged).
- Fluency in Bengali/Bangla is required.
- Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
- Passion for working with children and making a difference.
- Ability to commit to at least 6 months in the role.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes or community settings.
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
- Collect and record session data on an electronic device.
- Encourage skill-building and independence through evidence-based strategies.
- Collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure treatment success.
