Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Willingness to take the RBT course and exam
Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
Auto Insurance (minimum of 25/50k liability coverage)
Ability to travel to multiple locations
Must clear IChat

Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help children thrive
Cheer on progress, comfort through challenges, and high-five every win
Learn specialized behavior approaches and implement behavioral strategies under the guidance of a Case Supervisor
Help to improve students' communication skills, social skills, play skills, motor skills, self-help skills, school readiness skills, and self-management skills
Maintain accurate records through daily documentation of student progress and adherence to prescribed behavior plan
Work collaboratively with the client’s parent, teacher, and other allied specialists to implement positive interventions
