The Behavior Technician role at EY Behavioral Services is designed for both newly credentialed and seasoned professionals in the field of behavior analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who have developmental disabilities and must be credentialed as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). We believe in individualized support for our clinicians, which includes monthly one-on-one sessions with leadership to focus on professional development, team-building activities, and direct access to our CEO and founders. We also provide personalized career path assistance, including support for supervision hours needed to become a BCBA or BCaBA.
