About The Position
Join our team at Bierman Autism Centers as a Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist and unleash your superpowers to change the world of autism therapy! You will provide life-changing ABA therapy to children aged 2-12 with autism or other developmental and language delays. Our one-on-one approach focuses on natural play and teaching foundational skills like self-advocacy and communication. We are a TOP 10 RBT training provider nationwide, offering best-in-class training and full pay while you learn. Our Propel Career Advancement Program allows opportunities to achieve promotions and raises every 6 months as you master your Behavior Technician skills.
