About The Position

Key Autism Services is seeking part-time Behavioral Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the technicians will implement behavior support plans and collect data to track progress. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in childcare, healthcare, or mental health.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependable and reliable for the child's success.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and respond in short distances.

Nice To Haves

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience working with individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions using Rethink.
• Conduct discrete trials and implement treatment plans.
