About The Position
The Behavior Technician (BT)/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role involves working with children with autism or other developmental challenges by providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. The position is designed to help improve behaviors and acquire new skills under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
