About The Position

Caravel Autism Health is seeking compassionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians (BTs). This role is centered around making a real difference in the lives of children on the autism spectrum. As a BT, you will engage in play-based activities and utilize science-backed strategies known as Applied Behavior Analysis to help children build life-changing skills. You will track progress, celebrate wins, and support children on their journey toward greater independence and confidence. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Requirements

  • Available full-time, Monday-Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years old
  • Passionate about working with kids
  • Creative and patient

Responsibilities

  • Work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum
  • Utilize play-based activities and Applied Behavior Analysis strategies
  • Track progress and celebrate achievements
  • Support children in building life-changing skills
