About The Position

YOUR CAREER IN ABA STARTS HERE No ABA experience required. If you care about kids and want a career that matters, we will train you, certify you, and pay you while we do it. At Treetop, we hire for heart and train for skill. You will complete your 40-hour RBT coursework, pass your certification exam, and start working one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum. We cover the training, the exam fees, and the application costs. Your job is to show up ready to learn.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with children (tutoring, childcare, camps, paraprofessional, classroom, or similar)
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations if needed
Ability to complete RBT training and certification within first two weeks (three week process end-to-end)
Must attend in-person training at our Savannah, GA clinic (within 60 miles)
At least 18 years old
Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and move actively with young children throughout the day
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Nice To Haves

Pursuing or completed a degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field
Interest in a long-term career in ABA therapy or behavioral health
CPR/First Aid certification (we will provide if needed)
