About The Position
Do you want to be part of a team that makes a difference in the lives of children with autism? If so, come join us!! This job entails providing ABA therapy for young children with autism at our Louisiana school. You will be working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst implementing programs for clients. ABA experience is preferred but not required. Starting pay is $17.45/per hour then increases to $20.50/per hour once RBT certification is obtained. Hours are primarily Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:00pm. Judevine’s mission is to make a real difference in the quality of life for children and adults with autism and their families, wherever they may live. Registered Behavior Technicians/RBT’s are responsible for providing direct implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Services to children on the autism spectrum so that they are enabled to reach their full potential. Behavior Technicians help children improve behavior, communication, social and functional skills. The Behavior Technician will follow the treatment plan developed by the supervising BCBA which can also include staff training, recreation, and leisure activities, teaching functional communication, achieving increased independence, productivity, and inclusion in the community.
