Requirements

• RBT Certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or childcare preferred.

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA or licensed professional.
• Teach communication, social, adaptive, and independent living skills based on individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients to reinforce targeted skills and behaviors.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies to ensure client safety.
• Accurately record and track behavioral data during sessions to analyze progress and inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of behavior support plans.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
