About The Position

We provide compassionate ABA therapy to help children with autism develop independence, communication skills, and confidence. We are hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Richmond, VA team. Team members must be available Monday–Friday between 8:00am–6:30pm. Employees working 30+ hours per week are considered full -time. Services may be provided in a variety of settings depending on client needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability Monday–Friday between 8:00am–6:30pm
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to be active during sessions (standing, bending, kneeling, lifting 25–50 lbs)
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks

Nice To Haves

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience supporting children with autism
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, healthcare, or human services

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document session data
• Support communication, social, and daily -living skill development
• Assist with behavior -reduction strategies
• Participate in supervision and professional development
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members
