About The Position

We provide ABA therapy to help children with autism build confidence, communication, and independence. We are hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support families in the Columbia, MD area. This role requires evening availability, with primary hours Monday–Friday from 4:00pm–8:00pm. Additional hours may be available depending on program and client needs. Services may take place in -home and/or in clinic settings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability 4:00pm–8:00pm (Monday–Friday preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to be active during sessions (standing, bending, kneeling, lifting 25–50 lbs)
• Ability to pass federal and state background checks

Nice To Haves

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience supporting children with autism
• Flexibility to work in -home and/or clinic settings

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record session data
• Support communication, social, and daily -living skill development
• Assist with behavior -reduction strategies
• Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team
• Participate in training and supervision
