About The Position

As an RBT , you’ll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver meaningful, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in their homes and schools.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passion for working with children with special needs
• Reliable transportation and active CPR certification
• Ability to earn your RBT certification within 90 days of hire
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in active play

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person ABA therapy in-home and in school settings
• Collect and record data on behavior and skill progress
• Collaborate with your BCBA during supervision and team meetings
• Support children as they learn, grow, and achieve new milestones
