About The Position
Behavior Technician / RBT - In-Home ABA Therapy - Charlotte, NC Flywheel Centers is hiring compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children and families across the Charlotte metro area . This role blends evidence-based clinical care with meaningful relationship-building, allowing you to see real progress and make a lasting impact.
Requirements
- Experience working with children (ABA, autism, education, daycare, behavioral health, or related fields)
- RBT certification welcomed; training pathway available
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect accurate behavior and skill-acquisition data
- Support communication, social, and daily living skills
- Partner with families to promote consistency and growth
