ABA Behavior Technician (RBT) – Part-Time
📍 Location: Riberia, NM (In-Home)

🕒 Schedule Options:
Monday & Tuesday OR 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (10 hrs/week)
Tuesday & Thursday | 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (10 hrs/week)

💰 Pay: $20/hour

As an ABA Behavior Technician, you’ll work closely with a BCBA to provide personalized, one-on-one care in a child’s home:
Deliver in-home ABA therapy
Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
Track progress through data collection
Participate in ongoing supervision and team collaboration

Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Passion for helping children with special needs succeed
• Reliable transportation
• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain, we’ll help with PAID training!)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable kneeling, squatting, crawling, and sitting on the floor
• Ability to actively engage and play with children

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children (preferred)
• CPR certification (preferred)
