About The Position
HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our fun and growing ABA clinics in Hampton, VA or Newport News, VA ! Schedule: Part-Time opportunities available - 3 days per week from 3 pm-6 pm ! Compensation: Hourly rates between $21-$26/hour with opportunities to earn more! Requirements
- Ideal candidates hold a valid RBT certification OR have completed the 40-hour RBT certification course!
- Must be at least 18 years old and have, at minimum, completed high school or national equivalent, and have reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the field of mental health, child development, or education.

Responsibilities
- Provide in-person therapy services one-on-one or in small group settings with pediatric clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other unique needs within home, community and clinic settings
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to improve social, communication, and daily living skills
- Work under the close supervision of our BCBAs to deliver treatment plans, collect data, and reduce challenging behaviors by reinforcing positive behaviors and skills!
