Behavior Technician/RBT - FT/PT

About the position

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion and desire to make a difference in the life of children with autism in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Introduces safe and appropriate replacement behaviors and reinforcers
• Follows the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seeks out appropriate consultation
• Collects behavior data, including and records data in CentralReach after each session
• Participate in training and clinical supervision
• Work with and under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts

Requirements

• Required: 40 HR RBT Course or Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT)
• Required: Valid driver's license and transportation

Nice-to-haves

• Preferred: High School Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in the Human Service Field with a current RBT Certification
