In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children alongside a BCBA, using play-based, evidence-based strategies to build communication, social, and daily living skills. Requirements
- 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Compassion, patience, and energy for working with children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to actively engage (running, playing, lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Ability to commit to at least 6 months of consistent availability

Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy using play-based teaching
- Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
- Collect and record accurate session data
- Support a range of behaviors in a structured, supportive environment
- Collaborate with your BCBA and team to ensure consistent care
