About The Position

The Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services to a pediatric client in Creedmoor, NC (27522).
This role is ideal for candidates who value a consistent daytime schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to build meaningful rapport while working one-on-one with a client in a home setting.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
In-home services

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience working with children or in ABA required
• Active RBT certification required for RBT-level pay
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable transportation required
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to pass required background checks

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a home-based setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collect and record behavioral data accurately
• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
