Behavior Technician (RBT)/ ABA Therapist– Charlotte, NC

As we continue to grow in Charlotte, NC , we're seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our center-based team. As an RBT, you'll deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a structured, supportive center environment. Working closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) , you'll help children develop skills in communication, social interaction, play, and daily living.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience in ABA, education, psychology, child development, or related fields is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Collect and document session data accurately
- Support skill development using age-appropriate strategies
- Collaborate with the clinical team to monitor progress and adjust interventions
- Foster a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
