As a Behavior Technician at Kadiant, you will play a crucial role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and other developmental challenges. This position involves implementing treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will receive comprehensive training and support from a dedicated team of clinical supervisors, managers, and mentors who are committed to your professional development. The job is flexible, allowing you to choose part-time or full-time hours based on your availability and the number of cases you wish to take on. The work schedule includes morning, midday, and evening shifts, providing ample opportunity to fit this role into your lifestyle. In this position, you will be responsible for working directly with children in both home and community settings, helping them improve their behaviors and acquire new skills. You will follow specific protocols for each client, implementing individualized ABA programs as directed by the BCBA or other qualified health professionals.
