About The Position
Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring for a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental delays and behavioral health challenges. This role involves helping individuals develop social skills, communication skills, and manage repetitive or restrictive behaviors. The Behavioral Technician will document progress and milestones and follow behavior change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
