As a Behavior Technician at BY YOUR SIDE-Autism Therapy Services, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and young adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This position involves working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver direct therapy in both center-based and in-home environments. You will be responsible for implementing treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), ensuring that each child's unique needs are met through tailored interventions. Your primary responsibilities will include providing one-on-one or small group therapy sessions, maintaining a targeted caseload of therapy hours each week, and accurately collecting and recording client performance data. This data will be essential for tracking progress and ensuring effective treatment. You will also be responsible for ensuring that billing for all appointments is completed accurately and in a timely manner through our online platform. In addition to therapy, you may be required to assist with toilet training and diaper changing, depending on the needs of the clients. The role requires travel to clients' homes and community settings, so reliable transportation is essential.
