Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow
Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more) providing 1:1 client support.
Implement ABA Treatment Plans by following individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
Provide Consistent Therapy by committing to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
Track Progress by collecting and recording data to measure growth and guide next steps.
Foster Learning and Growth by using structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
Collaborate as a Team by working closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
Maintain Professional Standards by following HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
