We use behavior-analytic science to analyze student behaviors and skills and develop interventions and programming to decrease problematic behavior and increase appropriate functioning. We provide functional behavioral assessments, functional analyses, full-time instructional RBT aides, as well as consultation services.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED (college students encouraged to apply!)
1+ years of experience in ABA or as a school aide preferred
Experience with autism or other developmental disabilities
High energy, great attitude, and love for working with children
Excellent reliability and communication skills
Reliable transportation
Must pass state and federal background checks

Nice To Haves

RBT credential is a major plus

Responsibilities

Support students using data-driven supports
Help students transition between tasks and environments
Collaborate with teachers and clinical supervisors to implement individualized plans
Collect and graph behavior data daily to track progress
Communicate effectively and professionally with all team members
Stay aligned with behavior intervention plans and contribute to goal setting
Learn and utilize behavior analytic strategies
