About The Position

Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for Full-Time ABA Behavior Technicians in Holyoke, MA and the surrounding areas to support our school programs. If you have experience as a behavior therapist, behavior support aide, childcare provider, teacher's aide, or have held a position related to special education, we encourage you to apply and join our team in delivering state-of-the-art behavioral services to children with autism. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability between 7:30am-3:30pm
• Childcare experience required

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.
• Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence.
• Assist in addressing challenging behaviors.
• Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
• Maintain a 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication.
