Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Full-time schedules of 7:45am-3:30pm in schools and 7:45am-7:00pm for combined settings.
• Part-time schedules starting from 3:00pm - flexibility for those juggling between school.
• Able to commute up to 5-10 miles or 30-45 minutes.
• Childcare experience required.

• Students pursuing degrees in Psychology, Sociology, Early Childhood Development, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Social Work, Counseling, and Mental Health.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.
• Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence.
• Assist in addressing challenging behaviors.
• Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
• Maintain a 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication.
